For now, just create a set of predetermined OS projects to be included.

Since I was not able to find a good list on line (there are most downloaded PyPI packages but I think it does not mean that the project is actively welcoming new contributors), I think I will start with a list of personal picks and put it in a txt file, and we can open to suggestions from the community.
