Description

Camera never starts, stuck on:

  • camera is starting
  • acquiring lock on camera
  • repeat ...

Thanks for this! We have a fix ready, just needs to be deployed. Will go out in the next version ASAP.

Still waiting for the fix... It just shows "loading camera..." for me

We've released a few updates which improve the camera system, if any of you still experience issues it'd be helpful to see the log output from launching Cap from Terminal.
Running /Applications/Cap.app/Contents/MacOS/desktop should launch Cap, from there try selecting a camera, then comment the logs from Terminal into a <details> block here.
