hi team,
i have an environment where i have 2 vm's, VM1 and VM2 on both servers i need to start quorum node and enable mine too.
can we setup this kind of env. ?

bcoz at present after enabling mining on VM1 and whenever i am proposing another VM2 account on VM1 geth console : istanbul.propose "VM2 account address) VM1 stopped the mining.

kindly guide me how can resolve this issue.
