Feature request:
Running the Elsa models in the symptom assessment flow on an offline environment.

Description:
Need help having the Elsa models running offline for the mobile-addo platform.
There are likely features missing (couldn't locate functions needed) in the @elsa-health/model-runtime package to make this possible.
