No README.md for the AzureAD module

At a minimum, the following should be provided:

• A listing of the minimum API permissions that are needed by the module
• "How to" create a service principal/application in Azure (mostly copy-able from the Intune module)
  • an ideal place to list the minimum API permissions

For what its worth, I granted and consented to Directory.Read.All and that seemed to work; though I'm unwilling to devote more time to determine if fewer permissions would suffice.
