Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We roll out new versions for developers after testing a release. It is confusing developers to see "a new version is available" messages when they can't upgrade the managed deployed version.
Describe the solution you'd like
As a SysAdmin, I need to be able to configure ggshield to not check for new versions and to not display new versions are available messages. I expect to be able to do this with a CLI flag and a config file setting.
Describe alternatives you've considered

Usage: ggshield secret [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...
Commands to work with secrets.
Options:
--check-for-updates / --no-check-for-updates
After executing commands, check if a new
version of ggshield is available.
