Full screen mode for 2D browsing

there needs to be a way to hide the address bar and all the menu options. It would make my experience so much better please.

Does kiosk mode already do this?

Kind of, although the idea would be to enable / disable on demand, without the need of restarting the browser in kiosk mode.
