Currently, when you switch to a visitor the admin bar disappears, which makes sense since you do not have access anymore.
It might be handy to have the admin bar visible at all times.
The bug hurdle here is that when you switch, the WordPress installation doesn't know your capabilities so the admin bar is most likely just empty... No idea yet on how this could be changed.
