Precompile fails on binder #856

Hi everyone,

I am trying to set up a few example Jupyter notebooks to run in binder. However, whenever they include Approxfun.jl, the precompile thereof fails. Here is a MWE.

Any idea why this is the case? Everything runs perfectly fine on my own computer.

Seems like a pre-compilation failure in LazyBandedMatrices
