Description

SM2A will no longer use ECS Operators and instead will use native Airflow operators.
This ticket will invovle:

  • Modifying DAGs to remove ECS operator references
  • Refactor the tasks to use native Airflow operators (e.g., PythonOperator, BashOperator)
  • Update the DAGs configuration to support native Airflow operators

Acceptance Critieria

  • Airflow Operators are implemented and tested in dev SM2A

Pushed this branch where we will be using build_stac as a python operator instead of ECS task
