Round-trip power flow test: GridCal -> CGMES -> GridCal. Power flow from input and output models must be exact to 4 decimals.
Round-trip CGMES file equivalence: Input a CGMES file, convert to GridCal model, convert back to CGMES, both input and output CGMEs must be consistent at RDFID level.
(Optional) check against other CGMES converters
(Optional) validate the CGMES itself.
(Optional) validate in other Power flow tools (TNA, Power Factory, ODMS)
