Support for Option Values in VariantSelector Component with Version 2024.7.1

Context:
With the release of Shopify Hydrogen version 2024.7.1, the support for option values in variant options was introduced. This allows each option to have associated values such as color or image. This feature significantly enhances the product variant selection experience by providing more informative and visually appealing options to the users.

Issue:
However, it appears that the current implementation of the VariantSelector component does not support displaying these option values. As a result, the additional information provided by the new option values feature (like color swatches or images) cannot be utilized within the VariantSelector, limiting the user experience improvements intended by this feature.

Proposal:
I propose updating the VariantSelector component to support the display of option values. This could include:

1. Color Swatches: Displaying color swatches instead of plain text for color options.
2. Images: Displaying images where available for options like patterns or other visual attributes.
3. Customization: Providing hooks or props to allow custom rendering of option values, enabling developers to customize the appearance and behavior of variant options based on their specific needs.
