Scroll restoration with pagination issues

HI all,

I am trying to implement an infinite load more solution for my clients Hydrogen storefront which is working fine but the problem I am having is that the scroll restoration is not working when the user goes back to the collection page from the PDP.

Does anyone have any ideas to get this working or if it is just not possible to return the user to the specific 'page' that they were on?

To note this is using Hydrogen V1 and being hosted on Oxygen.
