Add feature "receive beta update"

Add option/feature to "receive beta updates" in vuetube.
I mean there are already built in update manager but not option to receive beta update. So it will be great if you add receive beta updates option

There is a new updater in the latest unstable, I'll add a version to receive the unstable updates.
