[Question] Help I encountered some problems when trying to package the source code into an apk

I encountered some problems when trying to package the source code into an apk,I downloaded the source code and packaged the Shadowsocks apk with Android studio. When I entered the homepage, the default location was next to the Gulf of Guinea (I am in Qingdao). I couldn't locate it correctly after clicking the location button on the right. Is there something wrong with my packaging process or what? (I am a novice and looking for help and suggestions)
