Order of operations

When I import my .flac files and convert them with auto_keep: yes, the converted .opus files are missing the album art the .flac files get.
Is there a way to do the convert step last?

If I do the import without auto_keep and afterwards do the conversion manually, the .opus files gets the art as well.
