prometheus and alert manager disks resources can not be deleted by cleanup task on gcp #174

There are some disk resources for prometheus and alert manager disks left on GCP after cleanup task run successfully.
3 x 20G and 2 x 500G that matches install.json

    "openshift_prometheus_storage_class": "standard",
    "openshift_prometheus_storage_size": "500Gi",
    "openshift_alertmanager_storage_class": "standard",
    "openshift_alertmanager_storage_size": "20Gi"
