Silence warnings

Hi!

First of all - thanks for this really nice and helpful library!

It's not a bug, rather a feature request.

I'm getting tons of warnings like those:

WARNING	Property: Unknown Property name.
WARNING	Property: Unknown Property name.
WARNING	Property: Unknown Property name.
WARNING	Property: Unknown Property name.
WARNING	Property: Unknown Property name.
WARNING	Property: Unknown Property name.
WARNING	Property: Unknown Property name.
WARNING	Property: Unknown Property name.

Is there a way to silence them? I couldn't find any verbose option.

Hi - great idea! I bet there's something we could pass to lxml to have those suppressed unless in verbose mode.

I'll have a look in a few weeks when I have some time, or happy to review a PR if you want to take a go at it.
