ebay-carousel: does not properly show last snap point in firefox when using arrow navigation

Description

Expected
After clicking next button control on <ebay-carousel> when there are 2.5 items in the viewport, the final item should get fully shown and the carousel viewport should snap to the end. This behavior is shown in the chrome browser currently.

Actual
In the firefox browser with <ebay-carousel> at the final 2.5 items in viewport, when clicking on the next button to view the final item, it stops short and does not show the full final item. The user is required to manually scroll to the end of the carousel to view the full item.
