Description:

Implement a system for user mentions in various parts of the Tasks, Projects, Teams, management system, with the following requirements:

  • Enable users to mention others using the @username format in comments, issue descriptions, and other text fields.
  • Handle mentions in both newly created and edited content across the platform.
  • Prepare the system for future extensions, such as notifications or automatic subscriptions based on mentions.
