功能描述以及必要性描述

代码生成的api能填入api、menu的InitializeData中，初始化时一起写入数据库中
source的menu.go，和api.go
可以直接初始化，不用导出数据库

建议和方案

还有个导出模板sys_export_templates的数据库也希望可以，在代码生成器里面加个按钮吧，希望可以，谢谢了

好的，感谢回复，目前很多都可以手动填写，但是sys_base_menu_btns和menu的关联可能是个难点（刚刚注意到），所以我现在依旧只能采用导出数据库的方式，望更新
