Standings should not display players that are withdrawn from a tournament

There should be a setting to optionally not show players who are not active in the tournament. Imagine if a few players originally played a round or two but then withdrew from the tournament. In my case I don't want to show them in the overall standings, for example if they aborted their round 1 game and then withdrew.

Currently I am using photoshop to edit the standings to remove withdrawn players and correct the standings.

I was wondering how to handle the case of not showing withdrawn players in the crosstable view as well, but I don't think they can be excluded. I think one solution for the crosstable view would be to group withdrawn players together and show them below active players.
