when starting jupyter qtconsole, the following Exception traceback provided,

you need to install the debugpy package. The latest version of ipykernel depends on it. pip install debugpy.

@stevenleeS0ht , It seems that the ipykernel you use is installed as a system package of your distribution.
The dependency is not quite updated.

I also have the same problem.
