after i changed my keybinds i wasnt able to change them back so now i cant use the keys u,h,j,k and i need help to fix it

✔️ Expected Behavior

for it to be reverted after i turned it off but it didnt

❌ Actual Behavior

i can no longer use u,h,j,k on my keyboard permanently
