That issue has already been fixed. Should that old issue be reopened even though the installer has a different hash now?

No, negative. They are caused by exactly the same reason, but are 2 unique issues. Just keep this issue open ❤

Important

This package seems using version-unrelated vanity URL (which always points to the latest version) for installer file downloading. This problem will keep exists, until we finally find a version-related static URL (which always point to exactly a specific version).
