Use mumble to make a proximity chat on minecraft bedrock edition (pocketmine).

On Minecraft Bedrock Edition, I never see anyone using Mumble to create proximity chat, so I want to make a plugin that supports Mumble's positional audio (it's important to precise that pocketmine is a php software). As I don't know how to run mumble and code in C++, I'd like to know if you have any advice for me. If you need further clarification, please don't hesitate to ask.

Technically, you only need to know C in order to write a Mumble plugin.
But given your description, what kind of advice other than "find a tutorial for programming in C(++) and learn the basics" do you expect? 🤔
Once that is out of the way you need to figure out how to create a communication pathway between Minecraft and your plugin (e.g. named pipes, sockets or other RPC methods) or if you can't hook into Minecraft directly (via some kind of API) you need to do it old-school and find memory addresses in the Minecraft process that you can peek to extract positional data.
