Cloudflare workers module questions

I am playing around with custom presets and cloudflare.
I have created a "cloudflare workers with module" preset based on the existing one, and it somewhat works.

Cookies are not working, but I am sure I am just missing something.

In workers, durable objects is available through the env input, and with ctx I can create background jobs that run after a endpoint returns with waitUntil.

I am curious if it is possible to make these two available in the eventHandler somehow.
For kv and durable objects, i could maybe use a hook and inject those into the nitro storage layer if possible. And create a store from there.

Not sure how or where ctx would be made available.

I found that unstorage already has support for this.

I will explore that and get back to this question later.
