http://www.infoem.org.mx:4000/contratacionesabiertas/datosabiertos similarly reports "not found" when attempting to use the API it documents.

I have not touched the registry (just saw that it failed).

The site http://www.infoem.org.mx:4000/contratacionesabiertas/datosabiertos works now but http://infoem.org.mx:3000/edca/contractingprocess/null is not responding
