Hi,

I create this issue for add links in Discord notification when a new block is famed:

pool/hooks/discord_absorb.py

Line 29 in 6a0fda8

'content': f"New block(s) farmed! {coins_blocks}. Farmed by {farmed_by}.",

My idea is to implement link for block(s) and farmer(s) to OpenChia website.
