There is an automatically generated error coming in from the CKAN service where this dataset is published:

A Validation Error occured at: N7857ebc41a374a86a6f21c699eb0d2be: Property: 'dct:accrualPeriodicity.' The frequency is expected from a controlled vocabulary http://purl.org/cld/freq. The given value could not be found in that vocabulary. Value received: 'http://purl.org/cld/freq/completelyIrregular'
