The server at port 3000 is not responding #1172

Hi,

I've been trying for a couple of days without being able to solve the problem;

I have tried with both existing and new projects but the server is not responding on port 3000 instead browsersync works perfectly

on docker container not working only port 3000

node version 12.20.1
yarn version 1.22.5
composer version 2.0.8
php version 7.3.17

on mac host not working only port 3000

node version 12.13.1
yarn version 1.22.5
composer version 1.7.2
php version 7.3.8

i have tried to change port with another but i have same problem, it stay stuck on loading....

there is any way to understand which is the problem?
