Is there a way to change,which tweaks emulators use when I launch them in gamehub?

I mean,if I wanna launch an emulator itself in Gamehub,like here,can I set with which tweaks the emulator will be launched there?
And I don't mean if I can set which tweaks all the games that will be emulated by that emulator use,I mean which tweaks will only be used when launching the emulator there,but not for all games from that emulator.
