[Trello] add toggl button to new trello UI

We already support trello but a new UI is being rolled-out so we need to update the extension

Relevant links or screenshots

Currently we show buttons on the sidebar and on each checklist, description and project should be populated from the title of the item and the current board name

Additional context

No idea how to switch between the two variants right now but we should continue to support the old UI until phased out
