Raw service data transformation

The data of different services look different and some data structure is not really "static".
E.g the customfields in codebeamer are a list, so that the position of a field-value may move if a new field is created.

There shall be a data transformation performed by the service to a common data structure defined by sne.

E.g. all field on root level, only field values, no information about field tyes or field update dates. ...
