Remove boilerplate that doesn't use vike-{react,vue,solid}?

I wonder if it isn't more confusing than adding benefit. Very few people will want that and for those who want to use another UI framework it's actually probably better, I think, if they start with a proper boilerplate and then manually switch out the UI framework.
