[Bug] Infinite Up Scroll on pageload. #2429

Description

On Pageload, if the map has AttributionConttrol, NavigationControl and ScaleControl, then updating the maplibre-gl from 2.4.0 to 4.2.0 causes issues.

Expected Behavior

The map only scrolls in response to user events.

Steps to Reproduce

Environment

Framework version: "react-map-gl": "^7.1.7",
Map library: "maplibre-gl: "^4.2.0""
Browser: Chrome 128 (Arc Browser)
OS: MacOS Sonoma 14.5
