It's landed by this pull request: #42227

So, it came from Chromium project. The test does not check the editing behavior and timeout on Firefox ~~and Safari~~. So, this blocks me a lot when I work on the editor module of Firefox.

I hope this will be moved to somewhere proper directory and rewritten it to avoid the timeout.
