A way to set ActivatePaneDirectionWrap like ActivateTabRelative that wraps by default.

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently when i m in the top most pane and i press the key assignment for activatepanedirection top, it does nothing. i want it to go to the bottom pane in such scenarios. just like activatetabrelative works.
