Move meetings to every 2 weeks?

Pros, in my opinion:

• Every 2 weeks could be more accessible to people if they want to discuss/present something
• Having to wait up to a month for sync time blocks stuff (see upcoming election)
• Having to wait also causes supplemental meetings which could otherwise likely be avoided (see Dedicated standardization meeting 2024-08-29 #70)
• We can always skip if no agenda or most people are busy like already. imo having more scheduled is better than less
• Hopefully :) WinterCG will become more active in the near future so we'll need more sync time ;)
• We could also alternate times to be more timezone (eg US) friendly
• (also they were originally every 2 weeks)

Cons, in my opinion:

• Some busier people may miss more meetings
• ???
