Ping Sweep Utility

small shell script to ping range of ip addresses

Usage

first you will have to make pingsweep.sh as executable $ chmod +x pingsweep.sh then you can scan a range of IP address like this : $ ./pingsweep.sh 192.168.1 and it will scan all ip addresses in the range 192.168.1-254

Example

$ ./pingsweep 172.17.71
172.17.71.112
172.17.71.127
172.17.71.76
172.17.71.157
172.17.71.145
172.17.71.167
172.17.71.195
