Do not merge this pull request until API-V2 is on the staging or production servers.

This pull requests adds boards for WipperSnapper Python:

  • Raspberry Pi Model 4B
  • Raspberry Pi 5
  • Microchip MCP2221 Breakout

The primary differences between Arduino boards and Python boards are:

  • "installMethod": "python" is set
  • SCL/SDA has been removed for compatibility with API-V2's i2c.proto field.
    • The board won't use hardcoded SCL/SDA constraints. Instead, it will use pins from either a board file or pre-known pins. The pre-known pins are already referenced as SCL/SDA or SCL1/SDA2 internally.

this is great, WipperSnapper api v2 is shaping up to be a great update! 🎉
