Update README.md to ensure appropriate compilation output is logged
This better tests how the user actually uses the package. Also declaration maps are now published.
npm uses lockfile version 3 by default now.
This also adds Prettier support and makes empty `options.json` files redundant.
This updates remark lint and remark-preset-remcohaszing to unified 11.
TypeScript is already validated by the pack and test jobs.
This means that objects generated from YAML anchors now point to the same reference. The same goes for custom frontmatter parsers. Custom parsers may now also return objects that contain recursive references.
