1. Purpose and scope
This document is the manual of the ELISA logit regression program optimized for ELISA’s and RIA’s. The program uses Visual Basic for Applications in Microsoft Excel.
In addition, the preconditions, advantages, disadvantages and limitations of the logit regression method are discussed and a validation protocol is proposed to validate the results.
The current version of the ELISA logit calculation program is V01Jul2018 Last save date 01-07-2018 18:07:01).
This version has been tested by means of the Validation report ELISA-logit V01Jul2018. The previous version is V03Feb2013_1. (Last save date 5/15/2014 3:05 PM).
