Description
This PR fixes issues related to sign column and fold column highlights with
dim_inactive = trueenabled and adds fzf-lua borderless highlights to the README.md.Screenshots

Basically, you can notice that SignColumn and FoldColumn blend in well when dim_inactive is set to true.
