Description

When initiating a git interactive rebase with git rebase -i --update-refs , the interactive rebase editor ignores any update-ref lines. This PR addresses that by adding support for it. You can drag the update-ref lines up and down in the interactive rebase editor to move the pointers for branches. For more info, see: (#2387)
