  • New directive 'MDRequireHttps' for redirecting http: traffic to a Managed Domain, permanently
    or temporarily.
  • Fix for using a fallback certificate on initial signup of a Managed Domain. Requires also
    a changed mod_ssl patch (v5) to take effect.
