Drop and correct licensing of project

Originally based on a cut down mrouted, since then rewritten by me, through various guises: mrouted -> bridged (first cut-down version) -> querierd (evern more rewrites) -> mcd (now with the final engine replacement). Signed-off-by: Joachim Wiberg <[email protected]>
