Main Overview

This release contains information on which party is winning the race for the U.S. Congress, either the Democratic Party or the Republican Party, based on polls. The included files contain data on generic ballot polls for the current election cycle, a trendline for the generic ballot for the current election cycle, and a a trendline for the generic ballot for previous election cycles going back to 1996.

The included data is provided by FiveThirtyEight, which contains data on various relevant topics such as politics, sports, science, polls and more.
