Form

1.Install XAMPP software.
2.Clone this repository to location C:\xampp\htdocs.
3.Now open xampp and start apache and mysql services.
4.click on admin button beside apache service.
5.A tab will be opened,now change the url to http://localhost/form/recurse%20form/index.html
6.Now fill the details and submit the form.
7.After submitting we will see a text "New record created successfully".
8.Now to check whether the record is added to the database open xampp and click on admin button beside mysql service.
9.Click on recurse database and then again click on details table,here we can find the newly created record.
