This is a work in progress with the goal of snapview/tungstenite-rs#417. It's unclear if this will actually work. I do have this compiling locally and used in liveview-native/phoenix-channels-client#122. Given that there's a
todo!()in theconnectfunction, I've obviously not tested it yet.
